Daniel Okafor

An exhibiting colorist channeling big energy into bold palettes and grinning exhibitors.

Daniel Okafor, painting teacher at Crayonvale

His story

Color Is a Teachable Joy

By night Daniel exhibits in galleries across the city; by day he turns restless seven-year-olds into confident painters. His color lab runs on mix-and-match games, step-by-step demos, and famously fair sketch challenges. Parents credit him with better focus at school — pupils credit him with being gloriously colorful.
